These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the si6x platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support features available through our website. By creating an account or placing any wager on si6x, you agree to be legally bound by these terms in their entirety.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and players from Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions who access si6x. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. si6x reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and play on si6x, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet these requirements may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on si6x.
• You must be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false details constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on si6x or any affiliated platform.

Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on si6x. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited. To verify your identity, si6x may request supporting documents including but not limited to the following.

• A valid government-issued national ID card or passport.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• A clear photograph or selfie as requested during the KYC process.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bKash wallet screenshot, Nagad statement).

Deposits & Withdrawals

si6x supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods for your convenience. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit/credit cards.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited within minutes, subject to network availability.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours following successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

si6x reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any transaction at any time. Players found to be engaging in fraudulent payment activity will have their accounts immediately suspended and funds withheld pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

si6x regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers.

• A welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to newly registered players subject to a minimum first deposit and applicable rollover conditions.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion must be used within the stated validity period; expired free spins are forfeited.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully met.
• si6x reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including collusion or bonus hunting, will result in account closure.

Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the platform's payment infrastructure.
• Collusion with other players or si6x employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during the KYC process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the si6x platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of si6x or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any si6x content without prior written permission. The si6x brand name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used in any form without express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

si6x provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, si6x disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. si6x does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.

In no event shall si6x be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform, even if si6x has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
